Full Size Image Crosses at Lafayette BART Station     I'm not sure who put these crosses up on a hillside near the Lafayette BART station. At the end of March 2008, they are a reminder that five years into the Iraq war, 4,000 American soldiers have died, untold Iraqis have died, but the living conditions for the women and children are still significantly worse than before George W. Bush started this war.
