Compare this collection to my Coll. No. 2011 (KHD, OBI, UCR), which was collected in earlier in the season of 2018 about 700 m. southeast of this collection. It was determined C. stricta at the time, but is very similar to this one. Perhaps, it is also C. canadensis. Per SEINet, there are six collections of Calamagrostis within 15 km. of my two collections; four of C. canadensis and two of C. stricta.
