West Tennessee Creek, Lake County, Colorado. In a meadow just north of West Tennessee Creek, 580 m. southwest of Lily Lake, 12.6 km. northwest of the GNIS location of Leadville. 39.3466N, 106.3723W. WGS 1984 Elev. 3210 m. Basal leaves mostly withered, bases chordate to cuneate. Also collected here: Caltha chionophila.
