Phacelia hastata Douglas ex Lehm.  Silverleaf Phacelia.

North Twin Creek, Jefferson County, Colorado. East slope of Tarryall Mountains, small ridge above Forest Road 211 and North Twin Creek, along a horse or cow trail, 11.3 km. (geodesic) southwest of Deckers. 39.2106°N, 105.34492°W. WGS 1984 Elev. 2478 m. Multiple stems from caudex. In loose, deep grus with: Pinus ponderosa, Pseudotsuga menziesii, Artemisia ludoviciana, Mentzelia speciosa, Phacelia sp., Ribes cereum, and Cercocarpus montanus. This area burned in the Hayman Fire of 2002.
